We are recruiting for a new role to manage our amazing INVEST Programme, which provides support and services to both the charity and business sectors.
New INVEST Manager role
The INVEST programme provides vital support to the voluntary sector, helping to improve the resilience and sustainability of VCSE groups navigating a continued wave of challenges. The programme is reflective of the current needs of the voluntary sector and is helping to build resilience within Gloucestershire charities and support charity leaders.
Essentially, INVEST provides a one stop shop for charities and community groups that need support either for themselves or their organisation in the form of mentoring support, access to pro-bono services, networking and access to sector-specific discussions.
For businesses the programme delivers social value, but on their terms, enabling them to manage their business needs whilst we help to direct their support to the communities that matter to them.
As we enter our fourth year of delivering our INVEST Leadership Programme the INVEST Manager will grow all areas of the INVEST Leadership programme and the Business Club.
