DESCRIPTION:We want to bring our communities together to listen\, share and learn from each other\, discuss challenges and think about the support that is needed.\nWe are hosting an online Let’s Talk\, on Wednesday 23rd July at 2pm with the Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board Cancer Team.  Free tickets are available on Eventbrite HERE\nAttending this event is an opportunity to: \n\nLearn about the ICB Gloucestershire Communities Against Cancer Fund and the upcoming funding programme\nFind out about about the particular priority groups for this funding\nAsk questions and reflect on how\, with some funding and additional training and resources\, your organisation may be able to support improved access/attendance to cancer diagnosis services\nDiscuss ways to support communities and consider opportunities to work together\nHelp us to understand the challenges or pitfalls that you think we may need to consider in supporting community organisations to inform and engage members in diagnosis work\n\nOur work is guided and informed by the needs of our communities so we want to bring together as many Gloucestershire community groups\, organisations and representatives as possible to understand where our help is most needed and how our support can be most effective. \nWe look forward to hearing about your thoughts and experiences at the event. \nPlease note\, we plan to record this event to be able to share it with anybody who is unable to attend.
